Mini Notepad Wallets

I've had several occasions when I would like to write down something when I'm away from home. Sometimes it may be a useful idea or something that I've experienced when traveling. PDAs are becoming useful for this, but they can be another thing to carry. Cellphones also can be used for this but entering notes on their keyboards can be difficult.

This article from the Salt Lake Tribune has a good solution. The author mentioned that he purchased a wallet-sized leather notebook that contains slots for credit cards and a place for a pen or penciel. You can carry this as you would a wallet. In addition to writing down notes, it can also be used to sketch an outdoor scene or a map.

There doesn't seem to be many notepad wallets for sale. I found one here but it's no longer in stock.

There are many things a man should always have available in his wallet, especially a few small squares of post-it sized note paper. Here are some others:

The article lists what every "stylish" man should have in his wallet.

That's an interesting list. I do like the safety pin. That could have helped me when the zipper fly went on my old pair of pants.
